One Dish Cuisine (Ellicot City, MD)
This restaurant and bakery is ENTIRELY gluten free! I was so excited I grabbed bf and insisted we head to the bakery at 10, even though the restaurant doesn't open until 11. We really loaded up: coffee cake, a chocolate cake pop (I've always wanted one!), garlic bread, veggie pizza, grilled cheese, and the Rachel sandwich, plus coffee and tea. All of it was EXCELLENT and I'll definitely be back. There are two menus: the green menu (which is just gluten free) and the blue menu (gluten free and lactose free, since the owner is both.) Two separate kitchens as well. If you have celiac disease and are in the area, definitely check out this restaurant and its friendly owner!
