Always, always order the Chicken Lettuce Wraps--trust me, you'll be amazed! P.F. Chang's doesn't have a ton of gluten free items, but they do have an exclusive gluten free menu, an understanding staff, lots of tea, and a great atmosphere. The gluten free chocolate dome cake is also definitely worth splurging on!
