Elkridge Furnace Inn (Elkridge, MD)

This French restaurant is amazing, but be prepared for the fact that it's also EXPENSIVE. The menu isn't huge, but everything they offer is a piece of art and options change seasonally. Surprisingly, all the sauces are gluten-free and the vast majority of the dishes can be made gluten-free. They even baked us fresh gluten-free bread on the spot!

I had some amazing French Onion Soup (with gluten-free croutons!) and a blood orange glazed game hen with some sort of cranberry cornbread pudding that was to die for. My only word of caution would be that they don't seem to offer many vegetarian options--even the vegetable polenta (which the vegetarian bf ordered) surprisingly had some meat in it.

GF Quantity: 4.5/5 (small but delicious menu where almost everything is offered gluten-free!)

GF Quality: 5/5
